The following Terms of Use apply to all areas of DenimDNA.com, including without limitation discussion forums on this website.

You agree that your registration for access to, and participation in any forum is subject to the following rules.

DenimDNA.com does not prescreen user generated comments. DenimDNA.com retains the rights to edit or remove any user generated comments or terminate your account for any reason it sees fit. DenimDNA does not take any responsibility, legally or otherwise, for content posted on our site by it’s users.

DenimDNA is associated with AUTHENTIC merchandise only. Counterfeit merchandise will not be tolerated; sellers that post fake goods or sell fakes via ebay or other selling sites will be banned from the forum permanently.


1. Register
You must become a registered member in order to post comments to the Forum. New members must create a user ID and password in order to participate in DenimDNA.com. In order to become a member you must be approved by the admins/super mod. Private messages for non approved members are still able to be sent and received. We do not approve members who have blocked their ip address.

2. Rules for the Forums
• Posts Must Be Relevant
Each forum is dedicated to a specific topic; please keep information posted on the forums relevant to the topic.These forums are designed to help people share information. Please stay on topic.
• Posts Must Be Respectful
Post only constructive comments and questions.
• Posts Must Be Courteous
ALL insults are against DenimDNA.com rules. Do not post comments that are offensive, indecent, rude, harassing, vulgar, etc. Any comments that DenimDNA.com deems inappropriate will be removed and the member who posted will be warned.
• Posts Must Be Discreet
Please do not post any of your personal information, including your email address, IM address, or phone number.
• Members Must Be Truthful
Only one user id is allowed per member. Do not post under multiple identities. If caught doing so, you will be banned.
• eBay Links
NEVER post eBay links for active listings that do not have BIN options ~ someone may be watching . . . post pics ONLY!
• Authenticating
When authenticating items, always state IMO, as no one is 100% correct all of the time.
• Links to other websites
Do not post links to other forums.
• Problematic Issues
Always attempt to handle issues and problems via PMs with the help of the administrators/mods before making public statements on the forum.
• Spamming
Spamming (posting irrelevant messages which are generally undesired) in any section of this website will not be tolerated. The spammer will have their thread(s) immediately deleted and will be banned permanently.
• Posting PM's
Publicly posting PM's to or from other members is prohibited unless you have the consent of all parties involved.
• Posting “Any Interest” and “I Am Looking For” Threads
Anyone who posts either of these threads will have his/her thread deleted. We want to keep all transactions to the mall ONLY. You may post your wants in the “wanted” stickies. If a member continues to post these types of threads, he/she will receive an infraction.
• Posting BIN links
Please, please, please only post a BIN link if you are absolutely sure of the authenticity of the item. If you are unsure, please PM the link to a mod for confirmation. When posting BIN threads, you can post the direct eBay link.

3. Minors
In order to use DenimDNA.com, you must be 13 years of age or older. No exceptions.

4. Selling on DNA:
Selling is ONLY permitted in the mall area. Please do NOT post your sales, or links to your sales, in chat, the denim sections, etc. If you have a "hot deal" you are self promoting, please put that in the appropriate section as well: Hot Deals. Any threads found in violation of this rule will be moved without notification. If you have any questions about selling in our mall, please see the Mall Rules in the mall sub forums.

Consequences of Breaking the Rules: if any member is found to be in violation of ANY of our rules, the following actions will be taken- First offense: thread will be locked, and an infraction will be given to the member. Second offense: Member will be banned. We do NOT allow drama on DenimDNA. No exceptions will be made.
