I love everything you've done to decorate the space! Very cute and trendy--the colors are fantastic. You are definitely making the most out of an ugly old building. I hope you are able to move soon.

As for the dust, I would try to buy one of those HEPA environmental fans. They may be a bit pricey, but it would be worth it. And may I also suggest doing a daily sinus rinse? It's gross, but it works. I mean, when dust gets into your sinus cavity, it can't get out, so you have years worth of dirt up in there.
