Katie looks utterly ridiculous plus she is playing the look out by doing it all the time. Baggy or looser fitting jeans can look good as long as they fit you. Meaning: the jeans (or sweater or whatever) should be in your size, but the designer should have cut them to be loose. That way they are still flattering - like the TR Ellas. Wearing oversized clothes doesn't mean they shouldn't fit. I think I saw that on What Not To Wear this summer!
