 Auth Chanel Sunglasses Does anyone feel comfortable authenticating sunglasses? I did a search and didn't come back with much. TIA!

| chanel also laser inscribes one of the lenses (with either Chanel or a code, I can't remember and am not near mine right now), you might want to ask for photos of that

| I just ran out to the truck to grab them! My mom gave them to me. She bought them for herself but didn't like the way they fit her face. Lucky me! I'm looking for the code Fro mentioned but I don't really know what I'm looking for. Help!

on mine there are is a very small etching of letters/numbers on the far right part of the right lense. it's in a line running vertical. it's easiest to see if you hold the sunglasses up to light also since they are so small.

| I don't have that, only the "Chanel" on both of the lenses. Should this code be on every pair, new and older???

| Im checking right now...and I have the "(c with circle around it) CHANEL (R with circle around it)" on both lenses, plus i have the serial number on the right running vertically... its hard to see..you might want to hold it up to a light? Oops.. to be clearer, it's exactly like your 3rd pic trademark thing
