I swim now 4 days a week, and when the feet dont hurt I am on the treadmill now./ I do want to do something for relaxation, stretching flexibility as my condition calls for it./
ANyone have suggestions for some good beginner DvDs>? I have one by Rodney Yee. Could use some other ideas./ thank you
