| | The easiest peanutbutter cookies 3 ingredients EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup crunchy peanut butter/creamy peanut butter
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine ingredients and mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased an cookie pan. Press with back of a fork. Press again in the opposite direction to make criss-cross marks.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400°F. (Another easy recipe for the kids.)
In case you're wondering, this easy recipe does not contain any flour. You will only need these 3 ingredients! You can add a kiss if you want ! I make these all the time infact i have some cooling right now there the best!

| | I make these also, but I add 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Also, my recipe is the same quantities but calls for natural pb. So if I use regular pb I cut the sugar because they are very sweet. It's easier to make these than it is to go to the store and buy cookies! |

| | Okay, trying to find the words to describe what I am asking, but for those of you that have made these, is the texture/consistency when baked just like cookie with flour added...does that make sense?

| | They are kind of a crisp-chewy. The base is pure sugar. That's why I say use natural peanut butter with those ratios or cut the sugar by 1/4-1/2 a cup. |

| | Update - Made the cookies - took about oh.....5 minutes with measuring and stirring (and btw I added the 1/2 tsp of vanilla and only did 1/2 cup sugar)....needless to say - I made several batches - absolutely AWESOME cookies. Better than the "floured" added ones.
Thank you for the recipe!
