| | Joey DK Drifter Hey all!
I have a pair of Joey's from at least 3 years ago that are size 29 (I have no idea what the wash is, but they were a dark/med wash of some kind) and am looking to purchase a pair of DK drifters, but they are a size 28. Do you think they will fit? I had on Becky's in the DK Drifter in a 28 and they fit very well.
Any comments? |

| | I think in general their sizes are running larger than they did 3 years ago but fabric content should also be taken into consideration.
Are the DK Drifters stretch? what size do you wear in your other jeans? |

| | I believe the DK drifters do have some stretch to them, not as much as some of the really dark washes, but some for sure. I wear a 29 in most of my other jeans, but am finding the ones with the stretch are big. I can't go try new Joey's on as the 1 and only store we have here only had them in a really light wash. Confusing! |

| | most TR from the older times pre 2009 run TTS to a wee bit small IMO. in fact their first run ran 1 size small overall.
for example in the older stretch i wear a 29 in the newer stretch i can wear a 28
its only the newer styles from 2009 and up that most find run big
however if you are a 29 in the older styles than in the newer styles a 28 will prob be fine

| | You will probably be fine in a 28. The stretch TR are very giving and they also stretch out alot so even if they are snug at first they will probably end up fitting perfect. |

| | I decided not to get them as I just ordered a pair of Becky Disco's in the DK Drifter wash. I am loving the Med Drifter wash now as I am scoping out online retailers! I am thinking I would probably wear a 28 in those as well?
Oh and I will post pics of the Becky's when they arrive, so excited! |

| | I paid $131 CDN shipped. Not sure if they are a good deal as I now finding out about the wonderful world of S2D's and I have no idea if these are S2D, but the same pair with natural thread instead of grey retail for $425 here. (we only have ONE store here that sells TR).
I am just excited to get them. It's been several years since I have bought premium denim! |
